Make the holidays just a little sweeter! Work with chocolate in a variety of different techniques. Using molds, you will create chocolate pinecones, roses, and pyramids, all brushed with luster dust. Make dark chocolate truffles filled with ganache, bons bons filled with raspberry filling, and chocolate dipped caramel pretzel rods. You will also make a variety of chocolate bark. Take home an assortment that's the perfect holiday gift your family and friends will love. Minimum age 9. $70.
Class Policy and Cancellations
All supplies are provided unless otherwise indicated. Payment in full must be made at the time of registration. Prices are set per student. A parent is required for all children under 8 at no additional cost.
Please call us at 415-456-7773 to cancel. Email cancellations are NOT accepted. The full class fee is non-refundable if cancellation is not made 72 hours, (3 days) before the class start time. This policy is in fairness to our instructors, who perform prep work prior to classes requiring their time and the purchase of supplies. Students notifying us of their cancellation before the above noted time period will be refunded in full, by the same method they used to pay for the class. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be given.
